Item is a used 15 bbl Specific Mechanical
brewery that was installed new in 1998. It is a true showpiece system with
copper clad brewhouse and copper clad brite tanks. Included are the following:
Copper clad 15 bbl mash.lauter tun, polished s/s dome, top mounted drive for
rake assembly (controls for forward and reverse), grist hydrator
Copper clad brewkettle/whirlpool, approx 245 bbl gross capacity, polished stainless
dome, steam heated bottom and sidewall, polished vent stack,
grist case, high polish stainless steel with 3' straight side and 42" cone x
approx 56" diameter
Stainless steel brewhouse platform and control panel with digital controllers
for brewkettle, hlt, clt, (5) fermenters, (1) glycol tank, and timer
30 bbl hot liquor and cold liquor tanks, copper clad with brass bands, steam/glycol
jacketed, side shadowless manways doors, hlt/clt transfer pump, hard piping
Specific mechanicla style swing link diverter panel with sms fittings, 2 pumps
with speed controllers, and heat exchanger
stainless steel grant
(4) 15 bbl fermenters, JIC, stainless steel with brass bands, dual side wall
jackets and single cone jacket, stainless steel piping for glycol in/outs, specific
machanical stand pipe
(1) 21 bbl fermenter, JIC, stainless steel with brass bands, dual side wall jackets
and single cone jacket, stainless steel piping for glycol in/outs, specific machanical
stand pipe
*The fermenters are currently wounted in a platform structure that allows access
to the bottom of the tanks. The structure height could be modified if desired
Jacketed brite beer tanks - (2) 7.5 bbl, (6) 15 bbl, and (1) 21 bbl - all jacketed
on the sidewall and dish with copper cladding and polished domes/brass bands,
prv, cip, side manway doors, beautiful showpiece tanks
Roskamp SP650 mill with auger and controls;
Velo DE filter;
Portable transfer pump on cart;
Control panel for (9) brite tanks;
Rite steam boiler, gas fired outdoor unit
This system is an absolute showpiece and represented in excellent condition with
full documentation.
