Item is a used 7bbl Pub Manufacturing brewsystem. This system is represented in very good condition. It is designed as a showpiece type system with copper cladding on the brewhouse. The brewhouse and fermenters were on display in the brewery and cosmetically look excellent. The system was removed from service in December 20, 2007. Included are the following items:

The brewhouse is skid mounted and hard piped so installation is relatively easy. The kettle is steam heated and copper clad. The combination mash/lauter - hot liquor tank is also copper clad. The hot liquor tank is steam heated.

The brewer’s platform includes a control panel and valve manifold, transfer pump, and Thermaline T4CH heat exchanger.

The following items are also included with this system:

• (4) 7 bbl Pub Manufacturing fermenters - conical bottom, jacketed, insulated, and stainless steel clad. Glycol jackets on the sidewall, cip, racking ports in the cone, prv's.
• (1) Secondary glycol heat exchanger, Thermaline T4CH.
• (7) 7 bbl Pub style single wall serving vessels, side manway doors, prv, butterfly valves, sample valves.
• (1) Rite steam boiler - natural gas
• (1) glycol chiller, skid mounted, indoor/outdoor unit, self contained including glycol reservoir/compressor/condensor.
• (1) portable transfer pump
• (1) Della Toffola Plate and Frame Filter, 40cm x 40cm - approx 20 plates

The brewery has been disassembled and in storage in our showroom in Portland, Oregon - available for immediate shipment.
