GAI MOBILE BOTTLING LINE

Item is a complete GAI mobile bottling line that is currently installed in a 40’ gooseneck trailer. The line was installed in 2002 and is represented in very good condition. The heart of the package is a GAI 16/16/3 Model 3013 monobloc rinser/filler/corker with sparger, and vacuum for the corker. Also included is a GAI spinner and Kosme pressure sensitive labeler. The trailer is equipped with a steam generator, air compressor, Four 30" code 7 sanitary filter housings, a 3M case taper, conveyors, an unscrambling table, a Waukesha PD pump, bottle handling/change parts, stainless steel piping and valving, and electrical panel-plug in. The trailer and equipment was purchased new in July of 2002 at a cost of well over $400,000. The equipment has been maintained and is in very good working order. The line can operate at 50 bpm (250 cases per hour). The spinner is rated for 100 bottles per minute. This line is ready to operate and needs no work/maintenance at this time. This package is available for sale because the owner is purchasing a faster packaging line.
