Item is a used Bohemian 15 bbl brewsystem that was installed new in 1996. This is a monoblock II system that is skid mounted, steam heated, and pre-piped for steam and water. The system includes:

• Brewer's skid with platform, brewers sink, brewhouse control panel, and piping
• Fischer dual stage heat exchanger
• Brewhouse pumps
• Valves, piping for brewhouse
• Copper clad brewkettle/whirlpool - steam heated
• Copper clad combi vessel with steam heated mash/lauter fitted with an agitator with SEW Eurodrive and steam heated hot liquor tank
• Auger with grist hydrator
• Robix Q180 2-roll grain mill
• (4) 15 bbl Bohemian conical fermenters, jacketed, insulated, and stainless clad with 60 deg cones, racking ports, cip, prv,and butterfly valves - 9' tall x 60" diameter
• (6) 15 bbl single wall Bohemian serving tanks with side manway doors, CIP, carbstones, valves, and fittings - 8' tall x 4' diameter
• (1) 3.5 bbl Grundy style tank with top clamp on lid
• Bohemian 40cm x 40cm plate and frame filter with approx 30 plates
• Portable pump on cart
• Used steam boiler that was reconditioned in 2006
• Miscellaneous brewers hose, clamps, gaskets, fittings
• *glycol chiller is located on the roof and may or may not be included (buyers choice)

This system is owned and offered exclusively by Ager Tank & Equipment Co. and Sound Brewing. The system will be available for removal most anytime after October 15, 2007.

The system was purchased new in 1996 and has been installed in the same location since that time. The equipment remains in very good condition with minimal discoloration in the copper cladding and most valves, clamps, fittings included with the tanks. The system was last used in late June 2007.

The brewhouse skid measures 15' long x 7' wide x 10'8" tall to the top of the brewhouse control panel.
