Arpac Bundler/Tunnel - Item #4444

Item is a used, Arpac shrink bundler and heat tunnel. This is a model 60-28 and was manufactured in 1993. It is a "straight through" model capable of production rates of up 60 trays per minute depending on tray size. It will accept a film up to 28 inches in width and has an 11 inch high seal bar. The machine is mild steel construction. Included is an electric chain hoist for loading the film rolls. It has a dual zone heat tunnel It is set up for 460 volt operation.

APV Bundler/Tunnel - Item #4445

Item is a used, APV, shrink bundler and heat tunnel. The machine was manufactured in 1990. It has a right angle in feed. (feeding from left to right) when looking at the machine from the in feed. end. It is designed to be utilized with trays. It is capable of production rates of 25 to 27 trays per minute. Machine is equipped with an 8 inch high seal bar. Both the wrapper and heat tunnel are stainless steel construction. It is set up for 460 volt, 3 phase electrical operation.

Krones Solamatic Labeler - Item #4446

Item is a used, Krones, model Solamatic spot labeler. This is a 20 station machine equipped with one label aggregate. The machine operates with a counter-clockwise rotation (from left to right when viewing the machine from operators station). The machine was utilized on glass containers only in a national food/beverage facility. It is equipped with the Krones Stratec label detection system. It is currently set up to operate on 460 volt, 3-phase electrical power.

Pneumatic Scale/Pfaudler Filler - Item #4463

Item is a used Pneumatic Scale/Pfaudler 35 station, rotary, piston filler. The machine was manufactured in 2000. It was running a 12 oz. juice concentrate container. Machine is equipped with OSHA approved guarding package. It operates with a counter-clockwise rotation and tangential discharge. Rated capacity is 500 CPM. Electrics are 460 volt, 3-phase. It is mated to, but not on a mono block frame, a 16 head, Pneumatic Scale capper (ITEM NUMBER 4464), model TC6016 through a synchronous drive system.

Pneumatic Scale Capper - Item #4464

Item is a used 16 head, Pneumatic Scale, plastic over-capper. This is not a screw capper, but a press-on overcapper. Included with the machine is the cap feed system and the Hoppman model FT150-1L-CRS sorter. This is a stand-alone machine, but it is mated to the filer with a helix. Operating electrics are 460 volt, 3 phase.

Elmar Filler/Seamer - Item #4465

Item is a used, Elmar/Rosco, 27 station piston filler mated to a Continental Can Company model 2006-RCM-4, 6 head seamer. The filler is chute fed, with clockwise rotation and tangential discharge. This combination was set up to run both 12 and 16 oz. composite, juice concentrate cans. The seamer was manufactured in 1988. It is equipped with an 883 CHC cam. The filler is driven by the seamer. Machines are currently set up for 460 volt, 3-phase electrical operation.

BEVCO Bi-Di table - Item #4466

Item is a used, BEVCO, Bi-Directional, accumulation table. The table measures 6 feet wide by 11 feet long. It was manufactured in 2003. Included with the machine is the take-away conveyor which consists of 6.25 and 18 inch wide plastic, mat-top conveyor. The conveyor belting on the accumulation table is also plastic, mat-top belting.

SWF Bliss Box Former - Item #4467 A-B

Item (2 available) is a used, SWF, model BF-400VK, Bliss style carton erector. The is a "Quick change" machine It is equipped with the high level body dispense for extra large cartons. It also has the extended magazine (approximately 8 feet long), which is capable of holding approximately 500 cartons. The machine is capable of erecting cartons with corner posts as well as display window cartons. It is equipped with a Nordson model 3800V Series hot melt glue system and a Nordson Eclipse Series,
EPC 30 glue pattern controller. The machine was manufactured in August, 2002. The machine is set up for 440 volt 3-phase operation with 3 amps full-load. The hot melt units are 220 volt.

SECO Depalletizer - Item #4476

Item is a used, Simplimatic Engineering Co., 1/2 height, can depalletizer. This is a model 1-D machine with a 20 foot accumulation deck. The deck is equipped with plastic mat-top belting. The machine is equipped with a tripple chain, pallet conveyor in feed, and an automatic empty pallet stacker. It can accommodate a pallet height of less than 58 inches. It is equipped with automatic slip sheet removal system. The discharge consists of table top chains running perpendicular to the accumulation deck.

Key Equipment Depalletizer - Item #4477

Item is a used, Key Equipment Co. 1/2 height, can depalletizer. This is a semiautomatic machine requiring an operator. Machine functions are powered with hydraulics, including the elevator and layer sweep. It has a triple chain pallet conveyor in feed. It can accommodate a 54 inch high pallet. The accumulation deck is a 5' by 9' sheet of plastic. Discharge conveyors are included with the machine.

Languth Wrap labeler - Item 4485

Item is a used, Languth, inline, hot melt, wrap labeler. This is a model E 40 91104. The machine was manufactured in 1991. It was operating in a juice facility and is currently set up for a 64 oz. juice can. The label magazine is adjustable to a label of approximately 20 inches in length. It is equipped with a Nordson, model 3400 hot melt glue system. Machine is set up to operate on 440 volt, 3 phase electrical power.

PE Executive Labeler - Item 4486

Item is a used, PE, model Executive, rotary, cold glue labeler. The machine was manufactured in late 2002. It is equipped with 20 bottle platforms and two labeling aggregates. The machine operates from left to right when looking at the machine from the label aggregate side (rotation is counter-clockwise. It is equipped with an Allen Bradley PanelView 600. Machine is set up for 480 volt, 3 phase electrical operation.

SWF Case Sealer - Item 4487

Item is a used, SWF, top only, hot melt, case sealer. The machine was manufactured in 2002. It is equipped with a Nordson model 3700V hot melt glue system. The hot melt unit is mounted on a separate stand. Cases are powered through the machine with a bottom "drive belt" and compression is with rollers at the discharge end of the machine. Case movement is continuous. Entire machine including compression is approximately 13 feet long. It is set up for 460 volt, 3 phase electrics and is equipped with a Allen Bradley MicroView touch panel.

Cap/Bottle Hopper-Elevator - Item 4488

Item is a used cap/bottle hopper-elevator. The machine is all stainless steel construction. The hopper is approximately 7 feet long by 6 feet wide at the top. The bottom tapers to the width of the elevator belt which is approximately 22 inches. The belt has 4" to 5 inch high flights spaced approximately 12 inches apart.
The highest point of the elevateor is approximately 13 feet high with he down-spout discharge approximately 11 feet from the floor. The previous use for the machine was to feed caps, but it could also be utilized to feed a bottle unscrambler with bottles. Machine operates on 460 volt, 3 phase electrics.

Hartness Model 2800 Packer - Item 4489

Item is a used, Hartness, model 2800 drop style case packer. This is an all stainless steel machine. It was manufactured in 2002. It is a high speed, servo case packer using four moving axes with pre-programmed change overs. It is equipped with a container agitator. Also equipped with an Allen Bradly PLC and Panel View 1000. Machine was operating on 480 volt, 3 phase power.

Video Jet Excell 100 - Item 4494 - Item 4495

Item is a used, Video Jet, model Excell 100, ink jet small character coder. Previous use was in a national beverage facility. It is surplus because they discontinued operations on this packaging line.
