The hot melt unit is mounted on a separate stand. Cases are powered through the machine with a bottom "drive belt" and compression is with rollers at the discharge end of the machine. Cap/Bottle Hopper-Elevator - Item 4488

Item is a used cap/bottle hopper-elevator. The machine is all stainless steel construction. The hopper is approximately 7 feet long by 6 feet wide at the top. The bottom tapers to the width of the elevator belt which is approximately 22 inches. The belt has 4" to 5 inch high flights spaced approximately 12 inches apart.
The highest point of the elevateor is approximately 13 feet high with he down-spout discharge approximately 11 feet from the floor. The previous use for the machine was to feed caps, but it could also be utilized to feed a bottle unscrambler with bottles. Machine operates on 460 volt, 3 phase electrics.
