Item is a used, Santa Rosa Stainless 100 BBL, cone bottom, S/S fermenter.. Approximate dimensions are 87" ID X 226" OAH. (120" straight side, 72" cone). It has dual zone, side-wall jacket with a jacket on the cone. Jacket pressure is rateed at 210 PSI with an internal pressure rating of 14.8 PSI. It is equipped with a 16" X 20" swing-in side manway and 2" bottom outlet. It is equipped with a top-mounted C.I.P. arm and spray ball.
