Item is a used, Santa Rosa Stainless, 125 BBL, cone bottom, S/S, fermenter. Approximate dimensions are 90" ID X 226 OAH. (120" straight side, 72" cone). It has dual side-wall jackets with a jacket on the cone. Jacket is rated at 20 PSI with an internal pressure rating of 14.8 PSI. It is equipped with a 16" X 20" oval, swing-in manway and a 2" bottom outlet. It is equipped wth a top mounted C.I.P. arm and spray ball.
