Item is a used, A Packaging Systems , 6 quill, inline capper designed to roll up to an existing conveyor. The machine operates from right to left. It is equipped with a single pair of container gripper belts. It is mounted on a S/S frame with casters and leveling legs. Power height adjustment. Power requirement is 120 volt/single phase

(1) available - These are Westec 4000 Gal closed top jacketed stroage tank / fermenters. These were built in approximately 2018 and remain in excellent shape. These are outfitted with (2) doors on the sidealll as well as a truncated top and top manway. They are well jacketed and are attached to heavy tank stands. Item is a used ACASI, automatic ROPP Capper. The machine was manufactured in 2019. This is a single head machine operating from right to left..It is equipped with an air assist, vibratory sorter mounted to the top of the machine. The machine is rated at 45 BPM +/- depending on the container. Currently set up for a 28mm closure (stelvin ?). Machine is adjustable from 7" to 14" high containers. Maximum diameter with a 12 pocket star wheel is 4.25". Maximum diameter with a 6 pocket star-wheel is 8.0". Machine is equipped with jamming clutches with electric signal shutdown. Machine is variable speed through AC frequency drive. The power requirement is 240 volt/3-phase/60 htz. Compressed air requirement is 5 CFM @ 80PSI
