Item is a used stainless steel single wall mix tank. The tank is mounted to a fork-liftable stainless skid with fork pockets and has been modified with a hinged lid on top and a top mounted Lightnin agitator with dual, 3-blade props.. The tank has a side manway that has been permanently welded shut. There is a tri clamp fitting on the bottom with a1 1/2" S/S ball valve. Two internal baffles have been welded to the inner sidewall of the tank. All contact parts are stainless steel and the mixer is .5hp/60hz/3ph/230v/1725rpm. The VFD speed controller is set up to allow the mixer to run on single phase power. VFD mounted in "seal-tite enclosure. Dimensions are approx. 88" tall to top of the mixer and 44" diameter. 2 Available - These are used slope bottom jacketed fermenters. They are approximately 1200 gal cap. They are equipped with cone top, channel jacket, cip sprayball, side manway door, 4 legs, valves, and lifting eyes on top. Dimensions are 98" tall x 76" outside diameter. They are both outfitted with ue800 temp contoller. Both tanks have had jackets tested and are in good shape. There is evidence of some repair work on the bottom of each tank but they are functional vessels. Price is per tank and loading is included. They are now located in our Portland Oregon facility.
